We process credit card payments in Belize dollars at the fixed rate of 2 BZD= 1 US$. Your bank may use a slightly different conversion rate and/or charge a foreign currency fee.
All reservations can be made online, by phone or in person. We confirm bookings and process payment as soon as the trip is confirmed. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the tour commencement are nonrefundable. Late arrivals and no shows are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive, or arrives after tour departure. If WE cancel, for any reason, including weather, we refund 100% of your money. Please be informed that due to weather conditions, for your personal comfort and safety, our Captains can decide to change destination without notice.
Unless you are participating in a Discover Scuba program or taking a certification course, you must show proof of diving certification to dive with us. Liability releases are required for diving and snorkeling.
